Introduction: We spent the last ten years doing what we do best - moving New Yorkers. We got to work with some amazing people, we got to know thousands of customers, and we believe we learned what it takes to make a moving day a positive experience. It's simple - being kind to each other takes the nerves out of the moving day and makes everything just a tad easier. Armed with kindness we set out to open our small moving business. We believe that every customer deserves a transparent, easy to understand and accurate moving quote, so we made our quoting process just that. The Otter team did a really solid job on my recent move within NYC. Showed up on time, got a 3 hour job (1 bedroom) done in 2 hours, and did all of that at very competitive all-inclusive pricing. I would definitely hire them again next time I move.

The first time using a moving company while not being charged more after the move! Otter truly did a great job estimating all the moving costs by providing me with an exact quote! The only thing that wasn't included was the tip for the crew, which, they went above and beyond, setting every box in it's designated room. I am definitely moving the Otter way again!
