I loved loved loved Vitaly and his crew. They were on time; they were pleasant and they didn't damage any of my things. The quote that was provided is the amount I paid. I would highly recommend A Moveable Feat anytime to anybody. This was a short term move and I will definitely be calling them when it's time for me to move to my permanent spot.

they moved me from my one bedroom in jersey city to brooklyn and were a pleasure. nice, quiet crew worked fast, gave me a great flat rate (which they did not change at all) and moved everything in without a hitch. will hire again. highly recommend them 5 stars

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Always make sure the flat rate is binding and that they will not add on for various extra fees. Never feel bullied into "tipping" crew. Always ask the movers are licensed and insured.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Ask about hidden fees, extras for blankets, use of tools, diesel, travel time, truck rental time. There are a myriad of hidden fees some companies have that don't show up in the initial flat rate. Always get it in writing.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We do as we say. When we give a flat rate - the amount never changes. There are never additional hidden fees tacked on after the job is done. We give out binding flat rates. We only adjust when the client or customer has changed the job order and then we discuss with them prior to the move.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you have insurance? Yes. General Liability, Household goods/Cargo and Worker's Comp. We are fully covered and offer additional insurance for customers that may need it.
