Let me just say this from the start. The actual movers that came were supper nice and very professional. Although they did break our TV stand which we have pictures of I know it was an accident. I didn’t bother telling this company because I just didn’t want to deal with the persons over the phone again.
The manager and his employees in their office are absolutely rude and disrespectful. The was the manager handled my call was unacceptable and I can’t believe he is in any type of leadership role with this company. He hung up in my face when I was simply trying to find a solution to the situation. As I’m sure everyone of these moving companies know there are time slots in which the building allows you to move out. That window isn’t 4 or 3 hours which is the time frames they gave me. Never did they ask what my time slot was for my move out. I will never hire this COMPANY again as they don’t deserve business from anyone. They also, didn’t call to check and see how the move went. But that’s okay I would expect them due after their behavior over the phone. Don’t hire the company period!

No, we are not aware about any time restrictions unless it is communicated by the customer, you failed to read the terms of the move and communicate that to us and now blame us… thank you.
