Introduction: Well music is a very creative and personal thing so everyone is going absorb the material differently. I try to figure out what might inspire and drive a particular student. I really try to tap into how each individual student learns. Even though I am a professional musician and have been teaching for quite some time, I still consider myself a student of music. I am continuously studying and learning. Therefore I am very sensitive to the trials and tribulations of learning an interview instrument. Well, I love music and I love teaching, which is one of the most important things. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their experiences with music and the effect it may have on them. I also love, regardless of age, learning from my own students and experiencing their musical discovery with them.

I am an older adult who has taken piano lessons from Jordan for 2 years. He is great to work with; he has a lot of musical experience, knowledge, and talent; and he explains musical concepts clearly. My grandson (age 8) has also had the same experience with him.

Jordan did an excellent job working with our son Zach on the drums. He had great patience and made all the lessons and assignments fun for Zach. He really was able to connect and help Zach improve tremendously in a short period.

Jordan has been teaching my daughter piano for the past couple of years and now he is teaching my husband too. I am always amazed with his patience with my daughter. He keeps the lessons interesting by working on contemporary songs as well as teaching the classic piano theory books.

Music has been a calling and a passion of mine for almost my entire life. Its something that I had to pursue. I am continuously refining my craft, as both a performer and educator.
