I loved the way it was all set up, we kinda asked her last minute and she made it all happen everything was in place and she was very good on communicating with us she kept us involved at all time even my husband wanted to help! She would always have options and we never got a no from her! She is super organized and on top of everything! Very very professional and even the ppl she works with are the same! I always thought wedding can't start on time! Well ours did and she made it extra special even help my husband plan a surprise for me! But what I love the most about her is how much she pays attention to detail and how strict she is with timing :) I have recommend her to several of my friends and actually even at work she has organized several corporate level events!

I decided to use Diana's service after I went to a freind's baby shower that Diana organized. I was really impressed with the work that she have done at the baby shower. I hired Diana to otganize my husband's 40th Bday. With two kids and work I was looking for someone that will do EVERYTHING. She came up with theme for that party take care of all the decoration, food, music and set up everything. I was a little tight on the budget so I was afraid that it will not be as elegant and presentable as I wished. However, Diana really surprised me! I don't know how but she was able to full it. No way that I could have don't it by myself. Defenetly going to use her for my sister's bachelorette party.

Diana was an absolute game changer for our wedding! She was an asset from the very first lunch we had together where she spent 2.5 hours answering every question I had and filling me in on what was to come. After that, she was always on call, responded immediately to any questions and give me all of my to dos to keep me on track in the 6+ months leading up to the wedding. The week of the wedding she dotted every I and crossed every T, confirming all the vendors and making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The day of was the real show stopper- she was able to wrangle our 20 person bridal party and keep the entire day on track. She did all of our set up and meticulously executed every detail I had in mind. She did it all- helped handle payment to vendors, and also managed breakdown after we had all left on the bus. Her detail oriented approach was exactly what we needed! A week after the wedding and she is still answering my etiquette questions and miraculously knows what box every single item from the wedding is packed in :-) She is a doll and commands respect from everyone in the room- trouble making groomsmen and caterers alike. She is a total pro and would be a great resource for any bride!

I had bad experience planning my husbands Birthdays, i had to do everything, a friend introduced me to Diana May and I was skeptic, I explained to her what I wanted because he was celebrating the Big 40, at the end of the conversation she had already contacted everyone and took over! His Birthday Party was even a Surprise for me! I had only to sit and Enjoy! I Love her and will be reaching to her for our Baby Shower soon!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand exactly what the client wants and guide them in the right direction. It is very easy to loose focus of your theme and end up buying things that you don't even end up using on your wedding day, so from day one, I try to understand my clients' vision, ideas and wants, to make sure that they get everything they need and want!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say look for someone who is willing to negotiate and find bargain prices for your event. I love going on the hunt for the best deals that I can offer to my clients, it takes a lot of time but it feels good to save !
