Introduction: Hi, I am Chef George Slade Jr. Right now, I am the lead production chef of Barclays Brooklyn Nets. My personal chef service is global with my diverse background of culinary cuisine and formal training from Pete Kump, now known as I.C.E. I've teamed up in the last 2 years to do major events in NYC: the 2012 US Open, chef for Barclays, lead production chef in 2013 Barclay Classic Golf Tournament, 2013 US Open, 2014 Super Bowl Green room, Toyota Coaches Club Metlife Stadium, and VMA's 2013 Barclays Arena. In my personal catering, I strive to let the clients know that it's not what I have but it's what they want. I have professional background as cook in 7 cuisines, such as ethnic, Caribbean, Southern, French, Italian, Asian-Thailand and Middle Eastern/kosher.
