Tue: 4:00am-6:00pm, 9:00pm-11:00pm
I will help you get stronger, build stamina and fight stress at your home, gym, or studio. Since you'll learn to use your body weight for resistance training and fat loss, machines/weights are optional. I also help in physical fitness tests for military, police and firefighters.
