- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While our prices are standardized, we try to be as accommodating as possible. We encourage communication about your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to keep our process for new customers as simple as possible. Once we confirm that we are available for your event date, we send our contract which includes a brief questionnaire that helps us prioritize your photography needs. Customers have 2 weeks to review the contract while we hold the date. If you choose to continue, send the contract and the 50% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our photographer have Bachelors Degrees in Photography and/or Fine Arts. In addition, they also have many years in assisting other photographers in wedding, fashion, commercial project. To stay sharp in this changing digital are they also participate in yearly photography conventions and seminars.
