- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have standard pricing system. My rate depends on subject and financial situation of student, and, of course, of my availability at the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At 1st meeting I'm giving free diagnostic test to better understand the level from which we should start our preparation. Then I explain to student the method of my preparation and show to student some of my preparation materials. We discuss and resolve payment issue. I always consider student's financial situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have long experience in teaching Math and Science courses in High schools, like 7 years in Brooklyn Tech HS, also 15 years experience in teaching in colleges, like Pace University, BMCC, CCNY, Touro college as I have my Ph.D
