    Thank you so much for making our first cruise trip so easy to plan. We had an awesome time aboard the Princess Ruby and would recommend it highly to anyone who wants to take a cruise. Everything was first rate, from meals to entertainment to services. The ship itself is absolutely gorgeous!! It was very hard to think that you were floating on water, it seemed more like a beautiful and elegant huge building or even a small city. Since our first experience went so well, we decided that this will definitely NOT be our last cruise. Your expertise will definitely come in handy for our next trip as well and will no doubt recommend you to others. Thanks again for making ours a "PERFECT VACATION".

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. It is important the customer obtains some knowledge for themselves regarding their destination and what is required before traveling.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Customers should always have a budget in mind, arrival and departure dates and times, if possible. Although some customers asks for suggestions, it is also good to have an idea of were you would like to vacation, this way suitable suggestions can be made.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I care about the customer and its not about how much money I can make. Let's face it an unhappy customer will never refer your services to their friends or family. I try to build a relationship with my customers, get to know them so that I can service their travel needs better.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like to be able to find my customers great trips for bargains. I like to hear of the great time they had and share their pictures.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was in the hospitality industry for 14 years (hotel sales office). Left to try retail and missed the hospitality business. So I decided to try hospitality from a different angle, Travel agent.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Travel is a growing and changing field. Every day there is something new. It is a on going process to keep up with everything that is out there. There are webinars almost everyday that offer at least something new. I try to attend as many as time will allow.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Do your homework. Team up with people you can learn from and that will help you along. Work with people who put the customer first, not making a buck.
