My cat knocked over a close to empty glass of wine. I used Folex to clean the few drop marks but it made it so much worse and turned it into a huge brown stain. AGCC assessed the stain, took it in and delivered it a little over a week later. They got the stain out completely and I am very happy! It was pricey but I’m sure that’s normal for carpet cleaning in general plus pick up/delivery fees which is necessary in NYC! Thank you Giovanni :)

I am extremely pleased with the service I received! They took 3 of our rugs offsite to be cleaned and they came back as if they were brand new. I had an urgent need to clean our couch and received a quote and an appointment to do an in person quote the next day. We agreed to the final price and our couch was cleaned within the time they agreed upon and to our satisfaction. Our couch was bigger than they expected but they still took their time to complete the job and allowed us to look at the areas that we were concerned about to ensure they were cleaned sufficiently.
