Video Service NYC was worth every dollar. Professional - I felt comfortable talking about my plans and vision and he helped execute and capture my proposal. He also had great ideas on how to take pictures Reliable - I got all photos via a google drive the next morning! He was also on time which I think is very important. The pictures and video came out great.

I had this bright idea to schedule a last minute photo shoot for my friend’s birthday. It’s something she’s wanted to do but kept canceling so I figured I’d just catch her off guard. I was so happy when this company responded! But since this was last minute, I had not really nailed down logistics either. Jim and his assistant showed up at the time/location agreed. We were celebrating at a lounge but of course you have to get permission for any professional photography and I also had not thought through that. I felt bad that I’d caused a bit of confusion but Jim just went with the flow. I stayed upstairs in the lounge to keep our spot and sent her down to them. They had already eyed several amazing places in the vicinity to shoot. All in all, everything worked out. And I can’t thank Jim enough for working with me!! Super fast response time and good value. I received the photos (tons of photos) maybe a few hours later. Would definitely hire again!
