Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be clear about your goals, understand the value that design brings to your brand, and be brave, because change is never easy, but it often opens the door to new opportunities and growth.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The true value of design and how it lives in the intangibles that can truly make a product, or service, stand out from the rest.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Take a while to look at my service, try it out, and give me a truly honest assessment of what you think about it. Then, let's talk about what you can do for me.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What the goals are, if the goals are realistic, and if you are truly willing to surprise yourself, and your customers, with something that you didn't think of yourself, and may challenge some of your opinions. You hire a designer to come up with something new, useful, and beautiful... Let me do my best to deliver it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I get to participate in the way a product communicates with the customer, whether it's a visual or physical interaction, creating a real connection is a special thing.
