FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally quote $150/hour and $175/90min, with packaging prices available. I am happy to negotiate depending on location of our sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new student, I normally talk to them on the phone or meet them in a public place to get a sense of what they expect from me, and what their goals are for our sessions together. From there, during their first session, I am able to get an understanding of what their practice is like and how to craft a private practice suitable to their needs and skill level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having graduated from Florida State University with a BFA in Dance, I’ve taken many courses related to the body, including anatomy, kinesiology, pilates, gyrotonics, gyrokenesis, etc. Once I moved to New York I received both my 200 hour RYT certification and 100 hour mentorship through Yoga Vida NYC, 100 hours of Katonah Yoga Method Training, 85 hour pre/postnatal training through Ishta Yoga, and 25 Hour Restorative Yoga. I have also gotten my 300 Hour Hatha Yoga certification under Darren Rhodes, as well as completed a 60 hour sequencing training through Roam LA, and both Yoga Nidra and Meditation training through Ishta Yoga.
