Introduction: Family Yoga classes are now offered at Abundant Learning, an amazing community center in the heart of Dumbo Brooklyn, and your first session is free!
Connect with your family while you de-stress; you deserve it! So gather the family together for a yoga lesson on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. You heard me right, you can all take a yoga class together: Mom, Dad, Tot, Teen, Grandma, and Grandpa.
Classes are led by a certified yoga teacher who has extensive experience teaching people of all ages. No one is too young or too old to do yoga. You don't have to be flexible or strong even. Yoga is non-competitive. It's about bettering yourself, treating yourself with respect, and creating an overall feeling of well being. And just by sharing in that experience with your family, a beautiful familial bond will inevitably be created.
