Introduction: We offer group and private yoga instruction adapted to the needs of the individual. Regardless of who you are, a yoga practice can be developed for your individual needs whether you are an athlete training for a specific event, or you are in a wheelchair. For each person, a practice designed for their individual needs is more effective than any standardized kind of practice. I have extensive experience working with all kinds of people from all walks of life, and a deep understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics of movement and neuromuscular repatterning, and respiratory re-education.
