Introduction: Each trainer and healer has something to bring to the table, just as each one of our clients do as well. Having been blessed with not only a physical background, but spiritual training and experience, I feel comfortable in my ability to aid in the healing on all levels for balance and longevity. Helping individuals of all ages have that "Ah Ha.." moment within themselves as they grow to know their body, mind, and spirit connection. Different for everyone, every session... so it always leaves me open and excited to impart these golden nuggets to others.
