I agree with the previous post, these guys are a bunch of Morons. Ya, they have a bunch of broken computers lying around their dirty shop, but they couldn't repair a Laptop to save their lives. I went there asking several questions about my laptop and why it wouldn't power on. They gave me some really "off the wall" responses that showed me they don't know any more about laptop repairing than a McDonalds employee. I also agree about the comment claiming they suggest you buy one of their crappy Laptops due to the fact that they do not know how to actually repair a Laptop because they gave me the same exact offer.
I think it is quite Shameful the response that the Owner RAY gave when he feels the need to "put down" some technician he obviously has a gripe with by attempting to demean them by claiming someone working out of their home means they don't know computer repair. Does working from a house mean your stupid or something? Hrmmm. Pretty Low Ray. You stoop to the level of a teenager to make yourself look better? These people working out of their homes know 100 times more than you or any of your pathetic staff combined and you know it which is why you stoop to putting other related businesses down. Pathetic, just like your repair service..
These guys should change their name to Rip Off Center of Buffalo, it fits them better than DUALEX. what a Shame.

Idiot,Desktop guys watching youtube videos--they replace or have you buy,not repair-good luck with these h.s. grads,Ray will RIP you off--Good luck-ggole for a reputable laptop repair service,as Ray is NOT a Laptop Repair Shop--He has always been a Printer Guy-lol--Yes, take your laptop here ,so you can get your wallett gauged by his prices and B.S.--They do NOT know how to repair ANY laptop.

We are a reputable company locally owned since 1983 who repairs over a 1000 computers a year with very few complaints. APPARENTLY, a competitor needs to take shots at business which is fully compliant, certified, tested and who is an authorized resellers for many companies. Every employee has attended college with degrees and still taking coarse to keep up with technology's never ending changes . Also Dualex is a tax paying business and has a payroll, unlike some working for cash out of there garage or. Basement. This is what others do when they are failing.
