I took my external hard drive to them to see about data recovery. Although they were not able to complete the job, they did refer me to another company they work with and even offered to ship the hard drive themselves. Although, as it turns out, data recovery was impossible, the assistance that PCS gave me was stellar and well beyond my expectations.

I located Progressive Computer Solutions with my Web research because I was looking specifically for a local business where I could interact with a professional in person. Very impressive. The extensive background experience of Chris and the service he provided was extremely professional and very affordable. My son's hard drive crashed with a lot of irreplaceable photos on it. Chris worked hard to recover the files without having to resort to more expensive lab options.
