- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tailor each individual event to your specific needs, I do have a basic pricing scale but my quality of service far outweighs my pricing. They say you get what you pay for, but in my case I want to exceed your expectations and give you an unforgettable experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to gather some basic details about your event, what equipment will be needed, what type of event and what's expected of me, from there I can estimate a price and book your date by means of a signed Service Agreement and a small deposit. Then we can easily build the specifics including what exactly will happen at the event, a timeline as to what occurs when and any and all song selections.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-Taught, and thousands of hours of practice, alongside of being submersed in the hospitality industry my entire life has brought me to the outgoing, fun and professional person that I am today.
