I started training with Nick in Jan. 2012. Two months prior I had knee surgery and was given very little guidance on how to manage my rehab. Nick took the challenge and the results have been dramatic. Within four months I have lost 25 lbs, have much greater mobility in my knee and as an added bonus I have much more energy. Nick is a very knowledgeable and motivating trainer. I am so glad I made this commitment-it has been such a positive change in my life.

I have been working with Aaron since January 2012 and have found him conscientious, dedicated and sincere. He is a very good listener, accurately assesses clients' needs and his follow-up is excellent. His personal athletic experience and educational background make him an outstanding trainer from whom I have learned a lot.

I have been working with Nick for a while now and he is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with! My mobility is better than ever before, my body fat has decreased by a lot and my old clothes don't fit me anymore. Nick is knowledgeable, respectful and fun. I would recommend Nick to anyone who wants to achieve a fitness goal in heartbeat!

I always felt or believed I did not need a P.T. because I was going to a gym three to four times a week. However, this past spring I had an illness which prevented me from going through my "usual" workouts for a period of five months. Thus, I was fairly well out ofshape (and strength) when I was finally able to resume physical activity. I had Nick as a P.T. for a few sessions before my illness; I felt his guidance would help me build my physical stamina prior to and during the resumption of my gym routines. When I was ready to get rolling again; Nick had asked if I would agree to train with Aaron, his colleague who would work the Amherst site. Knowing Nick's professionalism and expertise, I knew working with Aaron would be a seamless transfer. I must say Aaron has exceeded my expectations; he gauged my abilities from day one. He knew I had just recovered from treatments that halted my physical activities for several months so, he set my goals accordingly. He worked me per my existing capabilities and knew my potential to push myself harder. Since he knew what I potential I had, he pushed me harder each session.Aaron seems to have a knack at sizing up his client's abilities. My complaints about the exercises being too hard did not make him alter his plan for me ; he pushed me until I completed each set of reps, moans, gripes and all. Every week, I could feel myself getting stronger and feeling more fit. My balance and strength are improving rapidly; I may be a Mr. Atlas by 2013 !

In all seriousness, Aaron knows his "stuff"; he plans each session with my overall goal in mind and never gives in to my complaints about the rigor he puts me through. He has given me a supplemental home based plan as well. In all, the program is a "total package" for personal fitness.

In sum, I highly recommend Aaron to anyone in Buffalo / Amherst area looking for a reliable, skilled and knowledgeable P.T.

I've been working with Nick since October. I finally feel like my workouts are making a difference! Nick designs programs that are managable yet challenging. He is knowledgable about how the body works. If an injury has occurred he designs his programs to strengthen weak areas and work toward optimal health. He monitors your progress and has a keen eye to notice even the slightest flaw in form. He corrects the flaws to ensure maximum benefit from the exercise. He clearly has a passion for his work. Training with Nick has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I highly recommend it!!

Nick is by far a class AAA +++ fitness trainer. He has helped me re-gain my strength, balance and coordination after a brief period of illness. I learn new "tricks of the trade" at each visit. I look forward to my sessions with Nick. Superb trainer; professional and compassionate.

I have participated in one-on-one and small group training with Nick and enjoyed both experiences. Nick is very knowledgeable, energetic and a great motivator; even on days when I didn't feel like working out (thankfully not too many of those) he got me moving. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone who is considering working with a trainer, you'll learn a lot about fitness and get results.

Nick is a top notch personal trainer. He does a great job profiling his clients to find what they are looking for, what their goals are and what restrictions they may have. He definitely strives for total body fitness and wellness. He helped set me in the right direction, he pushed me hard, but always knew when to hold back. He is extremely knowledgable and informative. He laid a great foundation for me to build off of. I appreciate all the time and effort he gave me. I would recommend Nick to ANYONE! Awesome trainer, Awesome young man!

Hi,my name is Diane, I am a 48 yr. old woman who has been over weight for most of her life!! I joined the gym in Nov. 2010, where I was greeted by Nick, who I found to be very kind and knowledgeable, and definitely knew what he was talking about. For a couple months I went to the gym and just did my own thing, after a while with little results I decided to join Personal training with Nick. My first week I knew this is what I needed. After a couple of weeks the weight started to come off.Nick is not only an awesome Personal Trainer ,but also I find that he really cares about his clients and truly wants them to get fit. I know that Nick takes his job very seriously, and I never had a question that he did not know the answer to, or if he did not know he would find out before the next time we met. Without Nicks guidance and motivation I would not be where I am today!! As of today I am down 44 pounds and have muscles that I did not know existed. I would highly recommend Nick to be your Personal Trainer and also your friend. Thank you, Diane Shaver, A very happy client!!!

Nick is an exceptional personal trainer . He has worked with me on a fitness and strength program for the last 8 months. By following Nick's program of exercises and having the individual session once a week, I have gained strength, lost weight , and feel much better with more energy. He has an excellent knowledge of the latest fitness and strength trends and equiptment. He tailored a program to my individual goals and helped me achieve them. He has a vast knowledge of anatomy and injuries as well. He knows just how far to push you. At the end of a session with Nick, I always felt exhausted but also felt good. He doesn't have me do the same exercises every week to keep it interesting and to work on different areas. Beyond that, he is a really good guy, always positive and encouraging.
