Introduction: i think my work stands out because of the creativity of it- i really work intuitively and by asking questions to find out who you are to get inspiration. if its a couple- how did they meet- do they share a funny story. For families i love hearing more about the kids and they uniquenesses because a lot of that can be worked into the pictures. i think i have an amazing knack for observing people, what are their likes, from colors, to how they dress, what music thy like, how there home is decorated- from those observations i create work thats tailored to them. Another thing i do that is unique when shooting women i try to find their most flattering angles, women can be very hard on themselves so i try to shoot them in a way they will make them appear taller, thinner anything to bring them confidence and love their pix... I really enjoy making a connection with people I feel like it makes the work more personal to them. Seeing the results after that connection is made is very fulfilling and inspiring.

Destiny is such an amazing, creative, well rounded photographer/ artist. She creates every picture to be a piece of art work with her own uniqueness. I give her my general idea of what I want and she makes the picture exactly what I imagined it to be, if not better. I've worked with Destiny doing some pin up photos, pre bridal, pregnancy, family pictures and now every holiday photos for my son. Each shoot turned out beautiful and I thank Destiny for helping me get comfortable in each setting. She also helped me find my true beauty (I'm sure this goes for all of her clients). Once you do 1 shoot you'll be ready to book another one. She is and will always be "my" family photographer. My 7 month old son loves getting his photos taken by her so she definitely has a way with babies/children. If you need a photographer for any occasion I highly recommend Destiny.

I just want to say how wonderful it was to work with Destiny. She was not only professional and had great advice but she is fun and very personable. She drove five hours to photograph our wedding!! -- and also attended our rehearsal/rehearsal dinner. The morning of our wedding she came to my mother in law's home to take pictures of the girls getting ready and then went to my sister in law's to take pictures of my husband and his groomsmen together. All day people were coming up to us and telling us how great Destiny was - how kind she was, how she got around and took pictures of absolutely everything.. When I received my pictures in the mail I was in tears because they were beyond what I had imagined. They were so clear, so intimate and so surreal. Everyone that sees them has nothing but compliments and I am just so happy about everything that Destiny did for us. We are so fortunate that we have beautiful pictures of the best day of our lives. Thank you for making our day that much more special. You did so much for us and I hope to work with you again in the future Destiny - you have such an amazing talent. Keep up the good work!!

Since meeting Destiny I have become so much more comfortable with myself from viewing how I look in her eye. Her artistic ability shows not only in one photo but in all of them. She is so dedicated to making every single one the best. Destiny puts her heart and soul into every photo. Not only does she do that, but she also does the hair and makeup. She did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for both of my shoots and a pinup competition. Destiny has, also, donated baskets to the benefit I host to raise money for the National MS Society each year. She is one of the most genuine, hard working people you will ever met with a wonderful gift. She inspires me. It doesn't matter your age or your size, you will love how you look in the pictures.

From the first call phone I made to talk to Destiny about taking photos for our wedding I was immediately comfortable with her. Destiny is such a professional and so much fun to work with! Not only did she take the best photos of our wedding, but she also did 'sexy' bridal photos for me so I could have a special gift to give to my fiancé the night before the wedding. She made me so comfortable and beautiful in front of the camera (a place where I am normally extremely uncomfortable). She made such an impact on my family during the wedding that my cousin has hired her to do photos for her wedding also! She anticipates and sees to EVERY detail of your experience; from impeccable hair and make-up, to choosing the perfect wardrobe and setting to ensure you look your most exquisite. From the moment you meet with her, you are put at ease by her warmth and humor. She is gregarious and jovial, without being overbearing. She encourages you to explore outside your realms of comfort, while capturing the very essence of who you are. I was delighted with my photos. The composition of each picture made certain my surroundings accentuated me as the subject. Destiny's photos are teeming with precision and elegance, heart and depth. How did you get started doing this type of work?
i was craving a camera the way a kid craves ice cream- was something that was inside me for a long time. my whole life, since childhood had my parents cameras and would document everything from my pets, my dolls, to my moms home cooking. in high school i was on yearbook staff and shot all the pix. Then i moved to LA at 18 and started working for a celebrity wardrobe stylist dressing celebrities i learned so many tricks to make people appear thinner, then i did makeup for other photogs for years and helped model coach for them. Finally after moving back to Buffalo i decided to make it my business and i really couldn't imagine doing anything else. i feel like this gift was inside of me all along and feels amazing to be able to finally do it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I honestly do pretty much anything for my clients i'll travel anywhere and i'll shoot anything to the best of my ability. i really truly care about making my customers happy. i want to inspire confidence and give them artwork not just photos- something they can cherish forever thats personal and meaningful.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just call me or email me let's talk about your needs, i'm not a salesman i'm a real person, when you see my work its mine, with bigger companies the examples of work you are shown are probably not the work of the photographer you are going to get.
