Introduction: My complete inspection includes roofs, vents, flashings, and trims. I inspect gutters and downspouts, skylights, chimneys, and other roof penetrations, decks, stoops, porches, walkways, and railings.
I also inspect grading and drainage, basement, foundation, crawlspaces, water penetration and foundation movement, heating and cooling systems, interior plumbing fixtures and faucets, drainage sump pump with accessible floats, electrical panels, breakers, and fuses, GFCIs and AFCIs, insulation and ventilation, garage door safety sensors and openers.
I also perform Ancillary Inspections including Radon Testing, Termite (Wood Destroying Insects) Inspections, Well Water Flow, Water Quality and much more.
I now offer Mold Inspections and Mold Testing.
I have over 30 years in the HVAC business also covering electrical, plumbing, and general building construction.

Rich was a true professional. His knowledge and attention to detail was impeccable. Professional, friendly, thorough, experienced. Rich inspected a house that I had put an offer in on and found many internal and external issues including structural damage. He saved me from purchasing a house that has serious moisture issues which could have been a serious health hazard to me with my extreme allergies to mold. I recommend Rich to anyone who needs a dependable home inspection.
