A. Our most common jobs are tune up services, brake jobs, radiators, hoses, dashboard lights, alternator replacement, etc.
A. Do your research first and look at the reviews online for auto repair shops.
A. Ask for a price, how long they have been doing the line of work, if they are insured and ask if they are licensed.
A. Definitely talk to friends and family before searching for reviews and more information online. Be very cautious of finding a place on craigslist, since many are uninsured and don't provide part warranties. Our shop is fully licensed, insured and offers limited warranties on parts.
A. I have been fixing and working on cars all of my life. I opened my first gas station in 1978. I have been a licensed mechanic for over 30 years and have owned three gas stations and one auto repair shop. Up until a few years ago I owned and operated the large Exxon Gas Station on Francis Lewis Blvd down the block from Holy Cross High School. I am a fully licensed auto mechanic and graduated Exxon Training School. I have owned both Getty and Exxon Gas stations in the past.

In 1977, I custom built the taxi cabs for the movie The Wiz starring Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Lena Horne and Richard Pryor.

We do repairs on almost all car makes and models. We even work on the occasional Ice Cream Truck and Funeral Home Hearse.
