Introduction: I am an executive chef offering personal chef services, home cooked meal delivery and catering. I have worked in this field all of my adult life and have most recently managed the kitchens at the Crescent Beach Club and the Pelham Bay & Splitrock Golf Courses. I'm currently looking to share my skill set with a much more selective client base that also allows me to work while creating opportunities for people diagnosed with forms of autism or other developmental disabilities. I have a passion for helping people and a gift for creating healthy, delicious and affordable locally sourced meals for families that wish to improve their diet choices but simply don't have the time to shop, cook and enjoy healthy nutritious meals together.
