- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are open to working with any budget if the driving distance is within 50-70 miles. As a new pro I am ready to expand my horizons to make strong footprints in thumbtack. So feel free to contact me
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand a new client is always nervous about finding the best professional with a limited budget. I try to make friendly gestures and spread confidence while dealing with new clients. I even offer complete money back if not satisfied with the work. Because one satisfied client can generate many potential leads in the future. A one-time earning is not my goal at all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I run a corporate video production company with my own 5 plus teammates and serve at least 15 small businesses, on a monthly basis in and out of NYC. Every month we need to produce videos and shoot events in different forms. Personally, I have done my MSS in journalism and communication where we went through broadcast technology and technical details in the classroom. Later real-time work, handling types of equipment and lights, and lesson from mistakes added a lot to my knowledge.
