I have known Juan for many years as-- an alum of MOUSE (the nonprofit where I am Executive Director), an employee of MOUSE, a consultant to MOUSE, and a consultant to provide at-home support for me. Juan is a tireless businessman who is committed to providing high quality services at fair prices--he even offers a nonprofit discount! I strongly recommend his firm--Zong--it's a great team with a wealth of knowledge to support all of your technology needs!

Question and answer

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Educating our clients. When working with computers and technology there is a lot to learn and when we are able to teach our clients the best way to get the most out of their technology or how to better avoid problems in the future THATS when we feel that we have done our job to the fullest.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Most clients ask our techs how they learned so much. Most of our techs already come in with tears of technical training from High School, College, or Certification Programs. But the most important part of the job is the opportunity to learn from new problems that consistently arise.
