NONE! we are strait forward no surprises here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Listen to what the customer is saying and reconfirm what I thought I heard to make sure we are on the same page. Then I address all of their concerns and let them know that I have heard what they have said and will give them what they desire on time and at a price that is in their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
