- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home repair and remodeling projects are not assembly line type work. Each job is evaluated based on the trades involved, time it will take to do the job, the degree of difficulty in doing the job, the work site conditions--- I could go on, but you get the idea.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the customer's home and give them a written assessment of what needs to be done and the cost
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
