- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My top priority is delivering quality, which can come at a price. If you have a specific budget I'd be more than happy to work with it to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For installation jobs, I start with meeting the customer in person and taking measurements. I then send out a formal quote via email. the customer can look over the quote and approve/sign when ready to schedule. A down payment is made and then we proceed with the project. For custom orders everything is the same, however I do add a 3D model for the customer to look over and accept before moving forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a young teen, I had the privilege of working alongside a few master craftsmen, but the majority of my experience and training has been self-driven. Even now, I dedicate hours every week to research the latest techniques and technology in my trade.
