What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge mostly a flat fee of 99 dollars for most work performed. Some services are less such as virus removal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently taking a course to gain my ccna certification and am scheduled for an advanced data recovery course.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in love with computers since I got my first Tandy 256k in the 80's. Its been a definite love affair ever since.
