First of all, I have never met Seth in person. I guess you would say that we have an long distance relationship. Seth is on the East Coast and I on the West coast. We are both locksmiths and believe it or not, Seth is 10 days older than me. In the course of our time since we met, we have done business back and forth across the United States and that has developed into a personal as well as professional relationship. I am amazed at the depth of knowledge that Seth has. I do not know how to fully explain this. I have met lots of people in lots of trades. When Seth says something you can take it to the bank. If he does not know he will tell you that as well, and it is the truth. He will NOT BS you. It may not be the answer you want to hear but it will be truthful. Seth and I most traffic back in forth in the office furniture arena. I would say that he is in the top 1% in his field. On our restricted locksmith web site if it is an office furniture question, the response is always contact Seth! As far as locksmith work outside of the office furniture area Seth has been around the block more than once. Seth cut his first teeth as a locksmith being born into a locksmith family. Just one personal story about Seth: We were talking one day as we do frequently and i explained that something had been stolen out of my service truck a few years back and it was not the tool that bothered me, it was the small plywood box that held the tool. It was a seeming small detail in a story that could be completely not gotten or overlooked. About a week later a package showed up at my office. I opened it and it was Seth's uncle case that he no longer used. His uncle had carried it all across New York during his career as a locksmith. It is a valued position of mine and a constant reminder of what a good friend he is and how he pays attention to the details. He will take good care of you! Doug

Seth is a wonderful locksmith who you would want to work with. He is trustworthy and honest. Whenever his service is requested, he is always prompt and professional. He is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He always make an effort to look out for your best interest. He is also familiar with the different brands of locks. I can't say enough about using him for any locksmith job "if you need a job well done. "

Daniel Pehr's Seth Pehr is a master locksmith without equal. Whether he has to file an ancient key by hand, hit a safe with a rubber mallet in the just the right place to get it to open, secure a door, desk or federal government mechanism, he is your man. There's no bologna; you pay a fair price and you get what you pay for in service and product. If you want advice, respect, thorough, professional work, and even the history that goes with your job, you cannot engage a better artison or leader in his industry.

Mr. Pehr knew immediately from his vast experiences what it would take to solve my dilemma. He had the products and skills to fulfill my expectations. (The young guys all want the easy stuff for the quick buck.) Indeed, seek him out as the last in your search; you'll not find another as competent, qualified and classy.
