Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Foreign and domestic auto repair is our speciality. All aspects of the car are what we do best. No job is too big or too small. I relate the car to a person. With that in mind, think.... we are like a hospital. We do major surgery and check-ups.
My auto body shop is also on site. We work with fleets, insurance companies and the local community.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Auto repair has a reputation. Unfortunatly, its not the best one. When you are looking to have service on your car, check out the shop you want to go to, before you drive in. Ask your friends and neighbors who they trust and then look them up on the internet.
When your at the shop, do a small service and stay. Ask questions! Lots of questions!! You will know right away if this is a shop you can trust. Trust your instincts.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job is that although its a job, it does not feel ike work. I have fun. Talking to people and installing confidence about their car makes me feel great. Educating people about maintaining their car to prolong the car's life and keeping it safer on the road feels amazing!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Many times I am asked how I got into the automotive repair industry. My answer is easy. I was lucky.
As a little girl, I wanted to spend time with my father who was always working. He did not shelter me from the industry. My dad helped me to embrace my interest and encouraged me to keep doing what I love to do.
