bait and switch, very overpriced, 2 hours late and that wasnt the worst part about it. I had to call 911 to get this crazy man out of my house. he just wouldnt leave after I told him I didnt want to do the cleaning. be careful who or what you let in your home. I asked him for this identification but he refused.
