Ruben’s was very helpful in fixing the electrical problem I was having. He was friendly, respectful and professional. He explained what he was working on and gave me a realistic time frame when the job would be completed. The only thing that was less than ideal was that it was hard for him to provide an estimate on how much the job would cost. Part of that difficulty was created because he didn’t know exactly what was causing the problem and therefore it was hard for him to provide an accurate estimate.
