I develop and design new sketch concepts. I give new print, color, and trend direction to seasonal collections. I approve handlooms, strike-offs, lab dips, knit-downs, bead, and embroidery layouts. I also give first initial specs to factory, to develop first prototype samples.
I can also do research on market trends and shop stores for development.
