Aleksandr was quick to respond and very nice, but he didn't speak any English. Since we'd only communicated via text, this wasn't apparent until he arrived. They only reglaze with white, which we didn't know until he was about to start the actual reglazing part of the job. My tub was originally a cream color and I'd sent him pictures of it ahead of time.
PROS:
In the end, the tub came out REALLY, REALLY NICE! ! You can look at any of the sample tub work pictures they provide, and any one could be my tub - so I've not attached a picture.
It took 3-4 hours to do, some smell, but not overpowering or offensive. I am happy with the result since the color change was not that important in my case.
CONS:
Communication was difficult (and tub is white now).
I also didn't get a receipt for the services and the '3 year warranty' is just a cardstock flyer advising what products you can safely use that happens to say '3 year warranty' at the top (It's the same flyer shown on the website).
