It is a combination of pilates, yoga, cardio, and aerobics put together in a perfect set so you can reach your goals with your time! Make the work out customized from 20 minutes or 60 minutes, with any number of days a week you want to give. I am not here to tell you to eat food that tastes like cardboard, or work you out with a new miracle craze fad. What I do is customize exercise into your lifestyle, while you slowly notice changes within yourself and portion control, because you will not feel obligated to be restricted, thus slowly transforming your eating pattern to learn when to cut back on your portions naturally and instinctively.
