Integrative approach combining yoga asana, breathwork/pranayama, dance techniques, Tai Chi principles and/or Nei Kung exercises tailored to each student's level, needs, and physical conditions.
With extensive adjustments for alignment, we will work through specific movement techniques for your current physical, mental, or emotional challenges to alleviate anxiety, tension and depression or anger for more inner peace, happiness and lightness. We will also leave you with self-care pointers to utilize outside of lessons.
