Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I would recommend that they review their references and make sure that the inspector is NY State licensed. I would also tell them to ask the potential inspector if he will refund the money if they are not satisfied with his performance. I offer Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish that they new that different inspectors spend different amount of time on the inspection and on the report. Some reports are simple check marks, while others are much more detailed and specific.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are they licensed by the NY state, and do they guarantee clients satisfaction with the inspection. How long is the inspector going to spend on the inspection and the report.
