Joby's Piano School

Introduction: I offer beginner to advanced piano instruction. With my lessons, you will learn the following: * scales * chords * music theory (also includes reading and writing of music) * a great many number of short practice songs which gradually increases with difficulty, introducing new topics over time * traditional classical recital pieces * contemporary pop music and more A great deal of how the lessons will be given depends on the individual student's personal learning curve and capacity and willingness to practice. Often, students will want to request to learn a particular song for a school talent show or a gig, and of course, I will deviate from the main course to assist in preparing for it. A student can be any age, and it is never too early or late to learn how to play an instrument, especially one as great and versatile as the piano!
