FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I'm most interested to understand exactly what my new customer is looking for in the cleaning process. Knowing what's important to each customer is key.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common tpes of jobs are the normal top to bottom, such as bathrooms, hot-tubs, kitchens, dinning rooms, living rooms, base-boards, cabinet doors, chiar rails in addition changing beds, doing laundry, walking the dog, right down to scrubbing grout!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to them about the cleaning products that they use and why they use them. Most of all - HARD WOOD FLOORS. Know what's best for your type of hardwood and request that they follow your instructions. The products I use vary on what my customers request, some only want hardwood cleaned with vineger & water, others Murphy's Oil Soap and some a steam cleaner. But, please discuss this with your cleaning professional. Most important, request that they never bring sponges / cleaning clothes from one home to another - they MUST be clean/new sponges. I only use clean white cleaning cloths that can be watched in hot water & bleech, I never use sponges! .
