I am so happy to have found a reliable company that can help fix some things around the house. Ramon was very responsive, flexible, professional and kind. After explaining the issue with our water shut off valve, he identified the problem and replaced it no problem. The price was fair for the high quality of work, and the dedication to come out same day to come out and fix it. I highly recommend utilizing their services and I will absolutely be using them again! Ramon was great! Installed a hot water tank for me, only to find out the new tank was faulty. He did a follow up call then next day and that’s when I told him about the faulty tank. He came back that night and swapped it out for a new one. Would definitely work with him again!

Hot water shower nozzle needed repair. Luckily the repair was able to be done without having to remove tiles. Everything was explained to me so I understood what was the issue and how to fix it. Punctual, friendly and extremely reasonable price. I will absolutely be using Joint Venture for future repairs.
