FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, knowledge of current and future technologies and software is an absolute must! I maintain my Microsoft Certifications, as well as general computing knowledge from new software products to new hardware releases. The experience is also what counts!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I typically deal with virus and spyware removals. I also deal with a substantial amount of hardware upgrades. Networking comes in a close third when it comes to setting up wireless networks and internet connections, as well as file and printer sharing.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always shop around and make sure you find somebody that will take care of you. Many of the larger "box" computer companies look at you as just a number; they wont take everything they do for you with a fine toothed comb, and ensure that everything it taken care of properly. I have hear far too many horror stories from people who brought their computers to the big "boxes" and lost everything and were told "too bad".
