Hired electricians (Ralph, Vinny) to hang my new lamp. They both went above n beyond. They realized there was a manufacturer error n went so far as to drive to the showroom to make sure he got it right. He returned the next day and finished the job. I was so happy w the outcome n the price was very fair !!
