Dawn is AMAZING!! She worked on several major projects for us. We started small to see how it would go - Dawn helped me organize my hall closet and all our linens. Part of my issue was I had various heirloom and holiday linens taking up space. She helped me find ways to utilize these special pieces in my home in other ways and enjoy them!! Then she helped me go through all my clothes and shoes and organize my walk-in closet. My closet is still looking good nearly a year later because I love how everything is in color order! And this organization helped me uncover pieces I forgot I have and was able start wearing again. Finally we had Dawn help organize our walk-up attic - which everyone knows is a monumental task. She helped rethink how we categorize the variety of stuff we keep - from entertaining cookware and dishes to all our Christmas stuff. She helped envision a layout that would be convenient and organized. Dawn, personally, is a lovely individual who is kind and considerate. She helps you make ‘difficult’ decisions about your beloved stuff in a respectful creative way. I highly recommend Dawn’s services! Thanks, Dawn! I am beyond thrilled with the results of my house project!! I had a huge blank wall and had no idea how to organize my treasures and photos. I tend to work quickly. My hourly rate reflects my attention to detail, devotion to your result and overall quality of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial conversation is the first step. I love to hear what the client wants to accomplish so I can start the process of envisioning the solution. The next step is a consultation, either in person or virtually.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have an educational background but my upbringing trained me for thinking outside the box and creating your happy place instead of wishing for it.
