FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique. Pricing is done according to each job which makes it impossible to just give a price over the internet without seeing the job first. Chances are if you get a price that way it will not be the real price you are going to pay
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact is made by the potential customer. We ask that they review our work and read about our company online to ensure that we are what they are looking for. Some customers are looking for the cheapest and easiest fix and that's fine. But that is not the customer we cater too. We do high quality work for customers who want that type of craftsmenship. We then set up an appointment to meet with them at the job site to do an accurate estimate on what the job will consist of and how much it will cost. After all the details are agreed upon we sign contracts and receive a deposit. We then start and finish the job in accordance to the contract specifications. In most cases. Without any change orders . We are finished on time and on budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this field you have to. Dealing with lead paint removal was the last class I had to take. As it turns out most homes built in the early seventies or prior have lead paint and if do not prepare for the removal in the house it can become airborne and make your family extremely sick. It also has to be removed properly or you can receive huge fines
