i will start with my experience with Homeport Construction Design & Development LLC 1-917-858-1793 Pete you are an amazing guy you realy know the construction business and the home improvement business i have delt with many contractors but i must say never has any ever been as loyal and stright forward and done half of what you have done i dont think there is a contractor or tradesman that can do the art yes i call your work art because you are the michael angelo of everything your hands and brain work on you have done the most amazing job in my home and my sisters home the bathrooms the kitchens the basements and the patio pizza ovens are all a work of art and pete i want to also say you kept your word when you told us you can beat any price but i will say this you did save us alot and we appriciate that very much our homes look like magine homes and you are welcome to give our phone numbers to your new clients we will refer you to all our friends and family pete thank you and thank your helpers you gave us the most amazing christmas present please stop by for the holidays we bought your daughters presents thank you and god bless we love you pete

Mr. Vario contracted with us to build and deliver bamboo cabinets. He required a 50 % deposit, which was 6750$, for the materials and work. After getting our deposit, he stopped returning emails and phone calls, did not send updates and in fact, never even ordered the materials(we checked), and did not deliver the cabinets. He gave us a number of increasingly unlikely excuses when we demanded to see the cabinets. It seems clear in hindsight, after checking out all the excuses,that he never bought the materials, or built anything. He's a great conman, though. We thought that we had done our due diligence, checking references and looking for complaints,but what we did not know was that his "company" Homeport Construction, does not appear to exist as a NYS business, so we did not find any issues online. However when we looked under his own name, we found an "F" from the BBB. In fact, homeport construction does not appear to be a registered business and does not have a physical address other than his home.

Peter n Tommy did an excellent.job w installing my ceiling fan. They were professional, efficient with installing ceiling fan. I recommend them highly for any home repair job and will be telling my friends and family same.

Peter came to do a plumbing job (toilet repair and facet replacement) and was Excellent!!! He was prompt and very helpful in explaining the issues. He also is very easy to communicate with and the work was done as scheduled. He first came to do a quote and then came back to do the work after a fee was determined. He was not pushy at all and his price was very reasonable. I am already using him for future work and will continue to do so.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got in this line of work when i was 14 my dad was a union delegate for the labors union and i was in the labors union at the age of 16 i was the youngest labor in that union local 46 labors international i learned every trade by watching the trades do there work i became very piticular i treat all of my job as if it were my own house and i believe you should not do to others what you dont want done to you so i respect my customers and build a friendship with them and i respect there property as well it is important to me to build a friendship with a customer that is how i run my business by there refferals
