- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to have a phone conversation with the new client to hear about there business. Then I like to explain a bit about myself and what I have done for work. Finally I like to discuss the needs of the business along with pricing and what they expect of me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the bookkeeping/accounting industry for 8+ years. I worked as an employee for many different types of businesses. I have a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I am also Pro advisor Certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to a trade high school and took an accounting class and I loved it so I decided to continue in the accounting field for my undergrad and grad classes.
