FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most jobs involve the addition or replacement of certain parts. Such jobs are usually relatively quick and easy, and not expensive, at least as to the labor involved. The other major job request concerns viruses. Viruses are ubiquitous, and often you dont even realize you have one. Have you received an email from a friend, which is nothing more than a link to a strange website where they're selling something? Your friend has a virus and doesnt even know it. If that happens to you, virus removal must be undertaken. Other common indicators of a virus are constant pop-ups, your hard-drive continually running (despite you not even working on the computer), and a general slow-down in the processor speed. Other jobs involve network connectivity issues and the building of custom computers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best source in hiring any service professional is recommendations or referrals from those that have used the professional before. An ad can only tell you so much; input from those who are personally familiar with their work is the best source of information. "Do they show up on time? Do they dress professionally? Do they treat your home/office with care?" My business is based almost entirely on those referrals. I show up when promised, so you will never get a "12-5" time slot, work promptly, and leave everything as I find it. Work is guaranteed, and you will never have to worry about having me in your home or office environment.
